KENDUSKEAG--At a certain age, we all begin daydreaming or even making plans for what we’ll do during retirement, but not Foster Williams of Winterport. This 90-year-old preacher is still working each and every week, and says he no plans of stepping away from the pulpit anytime soon.

“What we’re looking at on the Sermon on the Mount, is our Lord’s first instructions for the disciples,” said Rev. Williams to those in attendance.

A small congregation of 25 to 30 members gather at the Kenduskeag Union Church each Sunday to hear the insight and wisdom of 90-year-old Foster Williams, an ordained minister who loves to share the teachings of the Bible.

“I said to God, ‘I will go as strong as I can, for as long as I can, for as long as you want to use me,'” he explained.
