Mesa City Manager to retire and take role with LDS church [Video]

MESA, Ariz. — Mesa City Manager Christopher J. Brady has announced his plans to retire from the city effective May 31. 

Brady has served as city manager for 19 years and will move to a new role as a mission leader for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, according to an announcement from the city.

“It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve Mesa.
