BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A Birmingham video game publisher is inching toward the final release of a bible based video game. The team behind the game says they are hoping to target teens and help point more people to God. Intelligent Media Design leaders say this latest update includes moving the game to a faster video game platform for the PC, controller support, Steam Deck compatibility, and enhanced game play.
CEO Drayton Cosby says the free demo version of their game ‘David saves Keliah,’ follows the story of David from the bible starting around age 16 all the way up to adulthood somewhere around age 30.
Cosby says it’s a narrative based story mode game with an open world feel guiding people through a bible stories, complete with cut scenes and game play. He says after roughly four years of development, they’re hoping to roll out the finished version ‘The Anointed, Heart …
