An Oconee County 911 dispatcher has returned home months after she suffered a medical emergency overseas. A law enforcement escort welcomed Katie Johns back to her home in Walhalla on Wednesday, along with people holding signs of support on the side of the road.”I can’t describe the feeling. It was amazing.
