GASTONIA, N.C. (WBTV) – Joshua Hunsucker, the man accused of fatally poisoning his wife in 2018 and setting fire to a medical helicopter mid-flight in 2019 is now accused of witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, and trying to poison one of his daughters.
According to a motion to revoke bond that was filed on Aug. 6, 2024, Hunsucker attempted to intimidate a witness between 2020-2024 by sending a package demanding he “drop” the charges, driving by he and his wife’s home multiple times, following them, parking in their church parking lot while they attended services, videotaped and photographed them and more.
This was often done in the presence of his two daughters, the documents allege.
