DUI charge in UTV crash that killed student [Video]

A man has been charged with felony DUI in the UTV crash that killed a 16-year-old student in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, according to statements made in bond court. The coroner said Ethan Harrell, 16, of Inman, died at 1:40 a.m. on Monday at the hospital. Troopers said Harrell was the passenger of a UTV that crashed Sunday night on Hardin Road. Troopers said the Polaris UTV was going north on Hardin Road when it went off the road and overturned. Harrell was flown to the hospital and died on Monday morning, troopers said. Randall Bell, 40, appeared in bond court on Monday afternoon. He is charged with felony DUI with great injury, child endangerment, open container in vehicle and felony DUI involving death, according to the detention center website.
