As Christians, we can use Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to model the Lord’s skills, behavior, and love for people.
As we develop EQ skills to be more like Jesus, awareness allows us to examine our feelings and choose the behavior that best represents Jesus.
Additionally, research has shown Emotional Intelligence training for children has some wonderful benefits.
EQ reduces: Conduct Problems, Risky Behavior, and Emotional Distress.
EQ improves: Attitudes, Relationships, and Academic Achievement.
