LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A Las Vegas retired teacher without heat is forced to bundle up to keep warm inside her home.

When her church friends heard about her chilling troubles and how KK was living with a broken furnace they called on the FOX5 Surprise Squad to pay her a visit.

“My furnace decided to take a pause. So I’ve been kind of without heat.” said KK.
