FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WALA) – A Baldwin County Judge has denied bond for a murder suspect under Aniah’s Law. Nineteen-year-old, Tyquan French is accused of killing Christian Bradley during a deadly mass shooting in Stockton where we’ve now learned a total of 19 people were shot.
Tyquan French was brought from the Baldwin County Jail to the Fairhope Satellite Courthouse in person for the hearing. French was arrested Thursday, May 16, 2024 after investigators said they developed enough evidence to charge him with the murder of 24-year-old, Christian Bradley.
Assistant District Attorney, Patrick Doggett asked the lead investigator about French’s involvement in the deadly shootings. He testified to witness accounts, saying an acquaintance of French’s was seen struggling with Christian Bradley before three shots were heard. He said one of those witnesses told them Tyquan French was the shooter.
