According to Knoxville police, the van was parked on a downhill slope and started sliding on the ice when it crashed into the building.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — No injuries were reported after an Amazon delivery van crashed into an outbuilding Sunday afternoon on Yarnell Avenue, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
Police responded to the Christian Fellowship Center where they found the van, which had just made a delivery on Atchley Street, KPD said.
According to police, the van was parked on a downhill slope and started sliding on the ice. The driver exited the van before it slid off the road and into the building.
KPD said no one was inside the outbuilding when the crash happened.
