Mission Lexington providing Summer Snack Packs to kids [Video]

LEXINGTON, S.C. — A Lexington County faith-based non-profit is providing snacks to kids over the summer and asking the community to help it keep its food pantry stocked.

Mission Lexington said it gave out 200 snack packs in the first week of June as part of its Summer Snack Pack Program. But its goal this summer is 2,000. Organizers said the snack packs include macaroni and cheese, fruit cups, granola bars, crackers and juice pouches.
