Irick stood in court wearing an ankle monitor. He was already out on bond for a double murder from 2023 before his current charge. He was granted bond just three months ago in April for the murder charges. His bond at that time was set at $125,000, and he was ordered to wear an ankle monitor, maintain gainful employment, and remain on good behavior.

Richland County deputies said Irick is one of two suspects connected to an arson case on July 14 on Country Haven Road in Hopkins.
