M. Teresa Lawrence is an award-winning author, international speaker and leadership coach. She is the founder and president of the Trueness Project, a non-profit dedicated to empowering children and adults to cherish their imagination and own their power to write their own narratives. As part of her mission, Teresa is donating her award-winning transformational children’s book GLORIOUSNESS to disadvantaged children throughout the world. In 2023, Teresa participated in the Kenya Keynote Speakers Tour with the Top Talent Agency. During that trip, Teresa mentored over 12,000 Kenyan students. For her philanthropic work and vision, Teresa received an honorary doctorate in Kenya for her humanitarian work in community building and advocacy. Teresa is also the co-author of The Power of Leadership with M. Teresa Lawrence where she discusses the power of the “Leadership of Play.” She is presently working on the Grand Butterfly Gathering scheduled for June 29, 2024 where her nonprofit the Trueness Project will host the largest number of people dressed as butterflies in history both in person and virtually. Diocelina Smith (also known as Diocelina Love) is a certified Christian Life Coach serving the Greater San Diego area. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Diocelina works with clients to help them achieve their personal, spiritual, and emotional goals through faith-based life coaching.

With a background in pastoral counseling, Diocelina focuses on healing childhood trauma and other emotional wounds through biblical principles and the power of prayer. She believes that many people feel most comfortable being coached in a Christian setting. Her supportive and compassionate approach provides clients with tailored solutions to break free from destructive patterns and create more fulfilling, spiritually-centered lives.
