This weeks JA People of Action is Cole Phillips [Video]

This week’s JA People of Action is Cole Phillips. Cole is a junior at Legacy Christian Academy and recently gave his time to assist with JA in a Day at Oakland Elementary. During his time in Ms. Baker’s first grade classroom, Cole helped teach JA Our Families, which introduces students to entrepreneurship through families, neighborhoods, need, wants, and money. Cole has proudly volunteered for Junior Achievement for three years and when asked his favorite part of JA, Cole replied, “My favorite part of JA is volunteering and getting to make an impact on the younger students.” Volunteers like Cole are the foundation of JA and ensure classroom requests for Junior Achievement assistance can be filled.
